Supa Katsu is such a popular food among the people of Kushiro that it is now a standard menu at restaurants in the city. At Izumiya, a western-style restaurant in Kushiro, a large-size pork cutlet topped with a special meat sauce is served on thick pasta which is cooked crispy on the hot skillet.
