Kakogawa Katsumeshi

“Katsumeshi” is a popular dish at restaurants and also at home around the Kakogawa area. This dish is served in a western-style plate with a thin beef cutlet on rice, and demiglace sauce on top, and eaten by chopsticks. Each restaurant has its original recipe.
