Obama Cham-Pon

The little town of Obama was in the limelight for a while as Barack Obama ran for US Presidency. The hot spring resort is well known and loved, and so is its speciality, the Obama cham-pon noodles. It easily enters the top 3, along with Nagasaki and Amakusa in terms of delicious cham-pon. Delicious locally caught seafood is used for the rich tasting broth.
