Muroto Kimme Don
Kimme don is a local specialty of Muroto city. The way it is served is different in each restaurant. Some have only raw sashimi on top of rice, some have slightly baked kimmedai, some have teriyaki kimmedai, and some have all three kinds... but wherever you eat it, it is simply “delicious!!” The fresh fish with a springy texture will surely make you happy.
