Onokoi Horumon Yakisoba
Horumon (pork or beef innards) yakisoba was invented by one of the Korean barbecue restaurants in 1955, and it was a very popular dish for abacus and hardware craftsmen. The combination of the peculiar sweetness of the beef intestines, hot sauce, and the smooth texture of noodles is very popular.
