Soup Curry Nabe
This is a new type of hot pot from Hokkaido, where soup curry originates. Added to the flavourful broth are the carefully-selected spices to give a distinctive taste and aroma to the pot to be enjoyed by various generations. At the end of the meal, it is common and popular to add udon noodles or rice to the broth that is full of flavours from all the ingredients – it makes a special curry udon or zosui rice soup that is different from any ordinary udon or zosui.
