Not only udon but nabeyaki ramen exists!
Nabeyaki Ramen
The first nabeyaki ramen was born during the time right after WWII, when a ramen shop owner carried ramen in enameled pots in order for them to stay warm when delivering. Later it became popular among the people of Susaki city, and now is an essential dish. Nabeyaki ramen is very simple. The base is the chicken stock soup with soy sauce, and chikuwa, spring onion, and raw egg is put on top while the ramen is served boiling.
