Keijiru is a traditional local food of former Manochou City located in Kuninaka Plain. Each home cooks it for Manoshincho Festival on October 16th every year, and this is an indispensable food for celebrations. The soup is flavored with shoyu and made simply with chicken thighs, gobou, yakitofu and itakonnyaku.
