Kurume yakitori is known for the wide variety of ingredients used, which include chicken, pork, beef, seafood, vegetables and anything imaginable wrapped up in a parcel and all grilled slowly on charcoal. Also, many interesting offal parts are enjoyed too, including the small intestine of pig, and the aorta of cow. Less common, however still available are horse meat.
