Tote Yaki

Tote Yaki is a crepe-like fast food popular in Shiobara hot springs village, named after the region’s famous horse wagon known as Tote Basha. The pancake, which is on the thicker side, is made with locally-produced fresh eggs and milk, and various ingredients are rolled in it – from sweet bean paste and whipped cream to spicy chicken and sashimi raw fish. Try the different taste at various Tote Yaki shops.
