Nasu no Uchi Bento (Nasu-ben)
Nasu-ben is a special lunch menu designed by a group of local farmers and organisations to promote travel and tourism in the area to call attention to its abundance in natural ingredients from local producers. Nine different dishes, all using local ingredients, are served in one plate. It is available at michi-no-eki roadside stations (rest areas along highways) and restaurants in the area for 1,200 yen. Enjoy the variety of creative dishes served at each of them.
