Three Color domburi of the Tosa Fishermen
This is a three colored domburi with bonito roasted with straw, tuna and salmon. It makes a superb combination with yam, spring onion, and perilla. It passed the preliminary match of the “4th Local Domburi Competition”, held simultaneously with the “Travel Fair Japan 2012” held in Ikebukuro in November 2012.
