Hakata Salt Ramen

This is a local specialty ramen invented with the theme of expressing the Setonaikai Sea through taste. It was invented by Mr Fukura, the owner of “Hakata Salt Ramen Sanwa”, after many trials and errors. The soup is of its special reputation, and many people finish the soup before finishing the noodles. Mr Fukura is enthusiastic in cooking salt ramen, and actively travels to other prefectures to introduce his taste.
