There are several popular cafeterias in Kakegawa known for their cold ramen noodles, the most famous of which is ‘Cinema Shokudo’. Their unique cold ramen such as natto and egg cold noodles and grated yam and egg cold noodles are served in a special Cinema soup stock made with bonito, mackerel and sardine flakes, and kelp which blends with the noodles and topping to create a distinguished flavor.
