Carrot Croquettes

"Carrot croquettes" made with two different kinds of carrots produced in Kamo and Komatsu are only available at the food truck run by "Hidechan no croquette ya (Hide's croquettes)" in Kamo City. The crispy croquettes have rich sweetness from the carrots of two different kinds. It can be a savory snack during a walk, or you can take them home for dinner. There are about 50 different kinds of croquettes made with different local vegetables such as broccolis available at a store of "Hidechan no croquette ya."
