Kanitorodon

Made with plenty of aged crab meat,‘kanitoro’ has a rich flavor like ‘toro’ tuna that is further enhanced by ‘nagaimo’ yam and a special sauce. It made it through the trials of the fourth all-Japan local domburi competition held during ‘Travel Fair Japan 2012’ in Ikebukuro in November, 2012.
