Geibi Soba

Geibi Soba is a hot bowl of 100% soba buckwheat noodles, known as Nanbu Soba, topped with wakame seaweed, mountain vegetables, a raw egg, and uniquely, sashimi raw fish. Just one bowl of it offers not only the rich taste of the mountain but of the sea.
