Zebra bread

This is a very popular bread in Okinawa and you can see them in most of the convenience stores. The soft spongy bread is made with grown sugar flour cream kneaded inside of the dough and peanut cream is sandwiched in the middle. It looks like zebra strip from the side, therefore, it is called Zebra bread.
