Atsugi burger

“Atsugi burger” is a menu that local people invented to revitalize the city. A local burger with Atsugi's specialty “Ton-zuke”. When people used to loathe meat of 4-legged animals, wild boar meat was secretly served with miso paste and it was popular among people. With more improvements added later, this became “Ton-zuke” which is fresh and good-quality pork in Atsugi city, where pigs are widely raised, with specially processed miso paste. Deep taste out of lightly roasted “Ton-zuke” goes well with simple muffins.
