A cupola set meal
Cast works from Kawaguchi is well known all through Japan, and played very important role in our long history. There are an altar within the casting factory for the god who represents fire in ancient time. A cupola is another important element of casting factory where iron being melted. The name, “ cupola set meal”, comes from this symbolic structure of the casting industry. This set meal includes “Tekki Inari”, inspired by iron image, with dried Hijiki and Sakura Shrimp because these ingredients contain much iron, and “Kaminari Suiton” with Chicken dumplings which contain chicken, Shichimi and Komatuna.
