Cheese Stick
The cheese stick of an Ise kamaboko shop Wakamatsuya,founded in 1905, is extremely popular in Isejingu area. Two trained cooks are involved in making them, in which one person puts cheese in the minced fish, and the other wraps it with a special knife for kamaboko. The surface is crispy and the inside is a combination of fresh satsumaage and plenty of natural cheese. It is so good you cannot stop eating it.
