A rice bowl which advanced to the finals of “4th Local Rice Bowls Competition”!

This is such a gorgeous rice bowl with red snappers in the most tasty cooking styles: parboiled, roasted and cooked/boiled with soy sauce based broth. It won through the “4th Local Rice Bowls Competition” which was coincided with “Travel Fair 2012 Japan” in Ikebukuro in Novermber, 2012.
