A kind of ramen that energizes you!
This is a local ramen with ingredients from Imabari, such as nori seaweed from Miyakubo, lemons from Ohmishima, and sumaki. The soup is made from eso (lizardfish), sea bream, いりこ, which are seafood from Kurushima strait. On top of the ramen is roasted chicken fillet made from Imabari chickens. You will be able to fully enjoy the taste of Imabari with one bowl of ramen. Yamatan Masamune, a local sake is used to erase the smell of the ingredients, and Hakata no Shio is used as a finalizing salt flavor.
