Raw Mugwort Udon
This is a local specialty noodle that has been popular since long ago in the Kamiozu area of Ozu city, Ehime prefecture. Mugwort from Ozu is kneaded in the noodles made with the clear waters of Hijikawa river, a river that goes through Ozu city. Carefully selected mugwort grown with the waters of Hijikawa river is used. The smooth but strong noodles with beautiful green colors of mugwort are its characteristics. Having it simply without any ingredients is the best way of enjoying its fragrance of the mugwort.
