Bokkake Yakisoba
“Bokkake” is a local homemade dish of stewed cow line meats and konnyaku flavored sweet and salty in the Kobe district. Bokkake can be eaten with booze, and sometimes eaten on top of udon noodles. Bokkake Yakisoba is a dish of fried noodles mixed with bokkake, and the combination of flavored tender meats, konnyaku and the sauce is well harmonized. It also has a good reputation for its rich collagen. There are also various dishes of bokkake such as “Bokkake curry," “Bokkake ramen,”and more.
