Stewed tender cow line meats cooked in a sweet soy-sauce flavor
“Bokkake” is a local homemade dish of stewed cow line meats and konnyaku flavored sweet and salty in the Kobe district. Bokkake can be eaten with booze, and sometimes eaten on top of udon noodles. Bokkake Yakisoba is a dish of fried noodles mixed with bokkake, and the combination of flavored tender meats, konnyaku and the sauce is well harmonized.
