Hijikawa Ramen

Hijikawa ramen is a local specialty ramen of Hijikawacho, Ozu city. The thin noodles made with the clear waters of Hijikawa river and light soup are attractive. Not only light tonkotsu flavor but soy sauce, and miso flavors are also available. If you are a ramen fan you should try it once. It is sold in Michi no Eki (roadside station) in the city, as well as in the restaurant in “Seiryu no Sato Hijikawa”, also a michi no eki. Don’t forget to buy for yourself when getting some as souvenirs.
