Pi-man Miso
Pi-man green peppers are harvested in abundance in summer. Some like it and others don’t, but when they are cooked into Pi-man Miso, it sure pleases everyone’s taste. The paste can be used with various meals, as just a little bit of it boosts flavour and aroma. Grilled, juicy eggplants, and refreshingly chilled tofu topped with Pi-man Miso are good examples of summery dish. It is easy to make – simmer green peppers well with fried wheat gluten, soy sauce, sugar and chili peppers. It can be preserved in freezer to serve all through the year.
