Shigureyaki

Shigureyaki is a kind of okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake) containing Fujinomiya yakisoba (fried noodles). It is similar to Hiroshima style and Modan-yaki, with strips of meat inside. It is served topped with sardine shavings. This hearty meal fills the stomach and generally costs from as little as 450 yen.
