A donburi that participated in "The 4th National Competition of Local Donburi"!
Shibushi Kurobuta Zanmaidon
A luxury don with Kurobuta kakuni which is simmered for a day, slightly broiled Kurobuta, and a locally produced egg on top. Special dashi is also used as a secret ingredient! This don passed the preliminary round of "The Preliminary round of the 4th National Competition of Local Donburi" taken place at the "Travel Fair Japan 2012" that was held aat Ikebukuro in November 2012.
