Nakatsugawa Tori Toma Don
“Nakatsugawa Tori Toma Don” was invented as a new local delicacy, based on a dish that entered the cooking competition held by the Nakatsugawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nakatsugawa city, Gifu. The main character of this domburi is the young chicken of Nakatsugawa, with low fat and fit meat, raised in the nature of Nakatsugawa. The chicken and tomatoes are arranged in their own ways in restaurants and put on top of cooked rice.
