Misaki Tuna Ramen

City of tuna; Misaki in Miura. Among several tuna dishes in this “Tuna city”, here is another tuna dish “Tuna ramen”. This has pretty long history of 50 years. Miura used to be more flourishing in tuna fishing and tuna fishermen liked casual Chinese restaurants in the city. This is when ramen with tuna was invented by one of these Chinese restaurants.
